In the wake of Hurricane Helene so many communities have been left in devastation. The need is too great for family, neighbors or community to handle on their own, they need our help! Working with local relief efforts, Rice N Beans will bring support by gathering much needed supplies and transport to these devastated locations. Here are 4 ways you can help:

#1. Pray! Prayer is the greatest tool we have at our disposal, and it’s the most powerful thing we can do. Prayer is not just for those in desperate situations but for our own daily need was well.

#2. Donate needed items. Below is a list of the most needed items that we will be gathering. Because of storage space it’s important that we are strategic in how we help, we don’t just send random stuff but the most important items of need at the moment. This list will change over the weeks and months ahead. Please continue to check this webpage to be sure you keep pace with the need

#3. Donate financially. Below there is a link that will allow you to give directly to RNB. We will in-tern be purchasingthe much needed items to be delivered to our partners on the ground. 100% of your dollars goes directly to helping victims of this disaster.

#4. Sign up to be a part of a relief team. All of our hearts are moved when we see people in photo’s and video that are victims of the recent hurricane. We want to jump in the car and head to the mountains to assist. But a lot of times our desire to help can hurt by causing challenging issues for those trying to focus on their communities. We can accomplish more as a organized group as we direct our efforts to the greatest area of need and work with local assets to ensure safety for our volunteer teams. <CURRENTLY BEING DEVELOPED>
